We offer individual therapy to persons ages 3 and older. We use a multimodality approach to support individuals with therapeutic goals.

We offer therapy to couples as well as parents of children with rare diseases and disabilities.

We work with individuals and families utilizing a multi modality approach. Modalities we practice include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy approaches, family systems, positive psychology, and strength based approaches, solution focused approaches, behavioral relaxation, mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy approaches, psychoeducation, emotional focused strategies and sexuality education.
