Respecting Rights through Building Healthy Relationships & Empowering Choices

An HCBS Final Rule Initiative

The CHOICES Program is for members of the disability service community to build skills for:

  • Respecting rights

  • Empowering choices

  • Creating healthy relationships

Change starts with how we show up.

We’ll bring HCBS rights, dignity, and choice to life — not just into compliance.

Join Le Tusa for the CHOICES Program - an 8-part live online workshop series designed to support disability service providers to move beyond paperwork and policy to real, everyday practice.

Together, we’ll explore how consent, boundaries, language, and communication connect to the HCBS Final Rule and to people’s daily lives. You’ll learn practical tools you can use right away — from co-creating agreements to strengthening informed consent and communication with the people you support. In the online group workshops, you’ll learn with and from other providers — sharing experiences, building new skills, and growing together as a community of care. These sessions are designed to spark connection, reflection, and problem-solving.

Between workshops, you’ll have the opportunity for individual consultation with Tiffany Cleveland, founder of Le Tusa, to focus on your specific setting, challenges, and goals. These personalized sessions will help you integrate what you’re learning in the workshops into your daily practice — turning insight into action and compliance into care rooted in respect and real change.

This is more than HCBS training — it’s a shared movement toward systemic change. If you’re ready to build a community where rights, dignity, and choice are lived out every day, join us and be part of the change.
