Respecting Rights through Building Healthy Relationships & Empowering Choices
An HCBS Final Rule Initiative
Change starts with how we show up.
We’ll bring HCBS rights, dignity, and choice to life — not just into compliance.
In the CHOICES programs, we explore how consent, boundaries, language, and communication connect to the HCBS Final Rule and to people’s daily lives. From co-creating agreements, strengthening consent practices, and respecting diverse learning & communication styles to disability justice, healthy relationship skills, and provider wellness, CHOICES is an opportunity to spark connection, reflection, and problem-solving.
This is more than HCBS training — it’s a shared movement toward systemic change. If you’re ready to build a community where rights, dignity, and choice are lived out every day, join us and be part of the change.
