Respecting Rights through Building Healthy Relationships & Empowering Choices

An HCBS Final Rule Initiative

Change starts with how we show up.

We’ll bring HCBS rights, dignity, and choice to life — not just into compliance.

In the CHOICES programs, we explore how consent, boundaries, language, and communication connect to the HCBS Final Rule and to people’s daily lives. From co-creating agreements, strengthening consent practices, and respecting diverse learning & communication styles to disability justice, healthy relationship skills, and provider wellness, CHOICES is an opportunity to spark connection, reflection, and problem-solving.

This is more than HCBS training — it’s a shared movement toward systemic change. If you’re ready to build a community where rights, dignity, and choice are lived out every day, join us and be part of the change.

Who is CHOICES for?

CHOICES is for Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Providers. Such as:

Direct Service/Care Providers (DSPs), Supported Employment providers, Respite Workers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Day Program Staff, Supported Living Staff (SLS), Residential Home Administrators, etc.
