About the Relationship Building Workshop:
As we grow and develop our sense of identity, relationships with friends, family, partners, and other important people in our lives can evolve. This interactive workshop will provide a safe, supportive space to explore what that looks like and learn strategies for:
Building healthy boundaries
Having safe and respectful conversations
Advocating for yourself and your needs
